APARTMENT

Our self-catering holiday apartment is well-furnished, centrally heated and fully air-conditioned.  The flat overlooks the magnificent multi-level swimming pool and surrounding sun terraces, attractive gardens and ornamental fish-ponds.  The flat accommodation is imaginatively designed and our apartment faces south.  It has a separate utility room, a spacious balcony and a 90 sq m private roof garden with wonderful views. WIFI broadband is available.

There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, with one king-size, one double and two single (offset bunk) beds; all have fitted wardrobes.  The bathroom is en-suite with the master bedroom and there is also a family toilet/shower room, both with thermostatic showers.

Equipment is comprehensive and of a standard well above normal holiday apartment rentals; dishwasher,  rotisserie fan oven, ceramic hob,  Freesat digital tv, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, video recorder +15 films, DVD player +50 films, CD stereo, and  wall safe.  Small appliances include; juice extractor, liquidiser, electric kettle, coffee filter, cafetiere, teapot, vacuum jug, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, toaster, mosquito deterrent, weather centre, etc. 

The apartment roof terrace, reached by the stairwell, has; gas bbq, table tennis, hammock, shady dining, drinks fridge, hot shower, mature flower beds,  potted plants and flexible lighting.

POLLENSA AREA

Puerto Pollensa - As more and more people are discovering, northern Mallorca is delightfully unspoiled, with spectacular scenery and sheltered sandy beaches. For many years the choice of discerning British holidaymakers, Puerto Pollensa is the best resort in the area, retaining its charm whilst offering excellent facilities.

The Bellresguard apartment/flat and villa complex is quietly located just 100m from the Pine Walk and the beach, but the attractions of the centre of Puerto Pollensa are a short walk away along the shady, traffic-free, promenade beside grand villas known as the Pine Walk. A short stroll from the flat are the famous 4-star Hotel Illa d'Or, several good restaurants and pavement cafes. A small supermarket on the development bakes fresh bread daily.

In addition to swimming, snorkelling and simply relaxing, available activities near the flat include tennis, sailing, cycling, windsurfing, scuba diving, horse riding and hill-walking. In spring and autumn an enormous variety of migratory birds can be seen in the adjacent woods and in the beautiful Boquer Valley which is just a 5 minute walk away.  Pollensa golf club is about 5 miles from the apartment and is open to the public.

Transfer time from Palma airport to the flat in Puerto Pollensa is under an hour by road.
